He did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. He really took the time to understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and executed everything perfectly. The haircut itself is honestly the best I’ve ever had—so precise, flattering, and easy to style. And the blowout? Incredible. It had volume, and shine.

Got a haircut, wash, blow out.
It was alright. If the hairstylist wasn’t nice, probably a 2 star experience.

I get a hair trim every 6 months and normally a balayage every 6-8 months. Not a new salon attendee. Hence the check in process definitely caught me off guard. Girl at the front started off the bat with +$15 for long hair (I have hair 2 inches below my shoulder). Fine, $15 extra, no biggie. Get to the wash chair, no communication for if water temperature was alright. When I added the blow out to the package as well, she mentioned it’s not included in the package for haircut and wash. Obviously Sherlock lol.

It was simply odd, non-elevated, and felt ghetto. Chair I sat on had hair from perhaps previous client, so hygiene factor isn’t there.

Haircut itself was good. Emad did a great job. I love my bangs and he provided the exact cut I asked for and did a nice curl to end the blow dry. Overall, qualified stylist and perhaps too good for the odd space....more

I commuted 40min to go here because my friend recommended Tanya strongly. Tanya gave me recommendations on what could look good in my hair and tips for hair care. She also listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that, with a flare of what she had shown me she could do and I said I really liked. She was dedicated, thorough and very professional. Carlos is amazing! It’s the first time I receive exactly what color I want at a salon and the result was even better.

I went in with a washed out balayage that has been hard to get rid of at places I’ve been to before. Carlos neutralized this and my hair looked great even before he finished with the most beautiful and natural highlights I’ve gotten.

He was quick for how long color service usually is. Even when he was given another service in between mine, he was attentive and nice. It was my first time at Luna, but I look forward to coming back now because of him.

If anyone is looking for a good color, Carlos is a great option here! I’m glad I tried this salon and that I was scheduled with him....more

My stylist Brunilda was OUTSTANDING. During my consultation, I only showed her a screenshot of a TikTok influencer’s haircut that I liked to serve as inspo and she delivered EXACTLY what I envisioned. My hair was long to the middle of my back and we went with a cut to above my shoulders, so naturally I was a little nervous. But I shouldn’t have been m, because clearly I was in great hands. I went to this place with my wife , the place is very clean, the hair stylist Tanya is very nice, and my hair cut was excellent, the owner Esmeralda is very friendly, I recommended this place if you want to have hair cut or shampoo. Excellent! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Aviola who is the biggest sweetheart! The entire time I was there, she continuously checked in on me to see if I needed anything- so attentive! Then there is Doris! I was so nervous trying out a new salon but she answered every question with such patience and literally treated me like family. She applied the keratin treatment with such care, you could immediately see what a consummate professional she is and and how much she truly cares about your hair. What an amazing experience!!! After some horrible hair salon experiences in the past, I have always been hesitant to get my hair done. I met the owner, Joseph, at a restaurant, and he cleared his calendar for a balayage, cut, and blow dry that same week before I started my new job. And wow - I am so glad I took the chance and went to Luna Lucci! I will never go anywhere else. Everyone at the salon was so incredibly welcoming, and Joseph is truly a master of his craft – a perfectionist down to every single detail. He was meticulous and precise with every single foil for my balayage and walked me through each step in the process so I knew what to except. Just got a Keratin treatment here this week and I must say it was so worth it! I used the pulsd Keratin treatment voucher but they told me that they themselves also match the price. They used high quality product and my hair still has that salon quality blowout look even after a couple of days and I am very happy about my look! I was told that it would stay like this for the next 4-6 months. They also warned me not to wash my hair the next 2 days and to use non-sulphate shampoo. The price they charge for it is significantly less than other salons in the city but the quality is very good. Angel and Aviola took care of my hair and they did an amazing job!...more

Wow, what a find! First of all, it is extremely clean, well priced and has a very positive vibe! Secondly they have a great service - a dry cut face frame (it is so much faster, and ideal for those like me who likes to wash hair themselves with my own products and just needs front layers to be fixed).
