During your Consultation, the stylist reviews history, examines hair and scalp, discusses goals, recommends color or cut approaches, estimates appointments and cost, and outlines at-home care. This ensures a safe, achievable plan tailored to your hair and lifestyle.
Most Consultations run 20 to 45 minutes depending on complexity. Color transformations or corrective work may take longer as we assess previous treatments. We recommend allowing extra time for thorough discussion and strand testing when needed.
We offer complimentary consultations for many services; however, complex color or correction consultations may require a deposit to secure senior stylist time. Deposits typically apply to bookings and are credited toward your final service.
Bring photos of inspiration, a list of past chemical services, current products, and any questions. Clear examples help stylist understand your vision and assess feasibility, necessary steps, and realistic outcomes for color or cut transformations.
